How to Use?
- Firstly, break or crack the Kalachikai seeds for nuts inside.
- Grind 1 Kalachikai seed nut and 5 Black Pepper (std ratio)
- Add Honey or Jaggery Powder as per taste (recommended)
- Make small sized balls to be consumed daily morning or night (can be consumed raw as well)
