p>Steps to prepare Sukku/Ginger Coffee
- Add 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and broken palm jaggery and allow it to dissolve completely.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Sukku powder and allow it to boil for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Then strain the Sukku Coffee using a strainer to remove any rough particles
